1 tablespoon dijon mustard
1 lemon juiced
1 stalk celery, minced
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 cups shredded chicken
salt and pepper
Whisk the mayo, dijon, lemon juice, and olive oil together in a bowl. When that is mixed well fold in about 2 cups of shredded chicken and the celery. Salt and pepper to taste.
